This was a duplicate of incident 15, for the same two-minute SignFlow outage on 13 October 2026 (11:34 to 11:37 UTC), which was resolved at 11:37 UTC. Two monitor checks opened an incident each, and this one was not closed automatically. SignFlow has been operating normally since then.
